Joe F. Duncan, Jr. has been in the electronic security industry for over 40 years. While attending David Lipscomb University he worked in a family owned Alarm company. Later in 1983 he founded Duncan Security Systems. He has served on the Nashville Alarm Association, the Tennessee Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and is a member of The National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association. He has served as past board member of the BBB. He was awarded 2001 Best Dealer in a national security publication. Currently is the Qualified Agent as outlined by the Alarm Contractors Board in the State of Tennessee, holding a license for CCTV (cameras) and Access Control, Intrusion Alarms and Fire Security.

Joe F. Duncan, III, known by the nickname "Jody" served his country honorably from 2000-2008 in the United States Marine Corps with one 7-month tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His duties included Alpha coxswain boat leader for India Co. 3/5, Infantry fire team leader for the invasion of Iraq and the MCIWS/NCOIC of the 5th Marines pool.

Jody was raised in the electronic security industry and has over a decade of experience. He has been a technician, operations supervisor and now specializes in the design of systems. He holds certifications in Level 1 Alarm Technician, fire alarm installations and CCTV. Jody was crucial in bringing the latest in remote security system app's for smart phones.

Tracey Anderton assists in the day to day operations and has been a dedicated employee for 20 years.

Nancy Moghaddam has been in the electronic security industry for 35 years in accounting and human resources.

Rick attended Nova Community College in Virginia. He has six years of experience in Commercial and Residential construction, as well as, electronics. Rick is a lead technician at Duncan Security having been certified by the Level 1 in Intrusion system, Closed Circuit Television and Fire Alarm Applications. He is a registered employee with the State of Tennesee Alarms Contractors Board.

James Workman has achieved a Level 1 Alarm Technician certification and has been trained in Honeywell Security products. A native of Texas, he has over twenty years in various industries, including his family-owned business. His service skills rank him as a specialist in customer service. James is a registered employee with the State of Tennessee Alarms Contractors Board.

Dustin Grinder has been in the low voltage industry for 13 years. He is certified a Level 1 alarm technician and holds his Qualifying Agent License for security systems and CCTV. Dustin also has AMAG, Keyscan, and RS2 access control certifications, along with Pelco certification in CCTV. He is Duncan Security's access control specialist. He is a registered employee with the State of Tennessee Alarms Contractors Board.

Carl, a native to Nashville, began his first job with the Neely Coble company. Since business college, he has spent 40 years in the diesel industry, serving as a southeast General manager. He currently is secretary to the worldwide Association of Diesel Specialist. Carl has been valued as a longtime friend to the Duncan family and has been actively involved as a board member for a number of years.

Angelia Nicholson Duncan retired from her family business, Nicholson Cleaners and in 1983 joined Duncan Security as Vice President. She was awarded The Lighthouse Award for International Professional Business Woman of the Year in 1973.

Jen is an accomplished marketing professional with over 7 years experience managing sales and marketing efforts for high end properties. She graduated from MTSU with a Masters of Science in Sociology and worked in sales at Duncan Security while attending college. Her responsibilities include creative direction, brand management and promotional events.
